Green tea comes mainly from China and India but is now grown in other East Asian countries. It is one of the most well-known drinks after coffee, you consume it either cold or hot, but now it has penetrated the field of cooking and pastry. It is not only the pleasant taste that makes it stand out, it is also its high content of antioxidants such as polyphenols and catechins compared to black tea.
