Important Review Notes Before Publication
This English text is a careful translation and editorial rendering of the Greek source supplied by the user. It does not constitute legal advice or an independent legal compliance review.
The Greek source contains references to legislation that may have been repealed, superseded or materially amended, including Law 2472/1997 and Directives 95/46/EC, 97/66/EC and 2006/24/EC. These references have been preserved or clearly attributed to the source rather than silently replaced.
The source uses two different customer-service telephone numbers: +30 210 770 6281 and +30 210 932 3901. Both have been retained in the relevant sections and should be confirmed before publication.
The source identifies sales@brazilianos.gr for several privacy and customer-service contacts, while other website texts supplied in this conversation use info@brazilianos.gr. The correct address should be confirmed and applied consistently.
Statements concerning the GRECA certification, Amazon SSL/TLS certificate, data-retention period, marketing providers, system providers, payment providers and data-controller contact should be checked against the Company's current actual practices.
The privacy provisions would be clearer and easier to maintain if published as a separate, up-to-date Privacy Policy rather than embedded within the Terms and Conditions.
Before publication, a Greek lawyer or qualified privacy professional should review the Greek original and this English version for current compliance with Greek and EU consumer, e-commerce, food, marketing and data-protection law.
