The source text refers, among other instruments, to Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, Law 2251/1994, Law 2472/1997, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000, Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

By submitting material to our server, you confirm that it does not contain false, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate material for use or publication. 

Purpose of Data Processing 

In order to complete a transaction through the online store and place an order for the Company's products, the Customer will be asked to provide certain personal information. 

When an order is placed, identification and contact information may be requested, including: 

full name; 

billing address, where different from the delivery address; 

delivery address; 

contact telephone number, whether mobile and/or landline; and 

email address, which may be optional for guest customers and mandatory for customers holding an account, according to the platform's requirements. 

The Company processes customer data for the purpose of fulfilling each Customer's order. The provision of personal data by the Customer authorises its use by the online store's personnel for the purposes described above, subject to the legal basis required under applicable law. 

The online store requires its employees and the website's technical personnel to maintain the level of security described in the relevant privacy notice. 

The online store will not otherwise share your personal information without prior consent, unless sharing is legally required. Under certain circumstances, collection, use or disclosure of personal data collected online may be permitted or required by law or by a court or competent authority, without prior consent.

The Customer must immediately notify brazilianos.gr at info@brazilianos.gr of any unauthorized use of login credentials. The online store is not liable for unauthorised use of a Customer's username or password where it has not previously been notified; 

log out of the personal account at the end of each session; and 

provide accurate and truthful payment and delivery information for orders placed through the online store. 

Third-Party Websites 

For convenience, www.brazilianos.gr may include links to websites owned or operated by third parties. Those third parties are solely responsible for their websites and content. 

Limitation of Liability

The Company carefully selects its partners, personnel and suppliers and makes reasonable efforts to ensure food safety, comply with legal requirements and respect the environment. Suppliers are expected to apply appropriate food-management systems and are continuously evaluated in relation to safe production and storage. Customers are asked to notify the Company promptly if they become aware of any issue, as the Company's objective is to provide the highest possible level of service. 

The Company is not liable for technical problems experienced by Users when accessing or using the website where those problems relate to the operation or compatibility of the User's own infrastructure, equipment, software or connection. 

The Company may refuse to fulfil an order if it determines that a product's characteristics or price do not correspond to reality and have been altered or displayed incorrectly due to a data-entry error or a problem with the online platform.

Access to this website does not grant, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any mark or symbol displayed on the website without our prior written consent or the consent of the relevant third-party owner.

Product Prices and Orders 

All prices displayed in our catalogues include VAT. Prices apply to quantities available in stock, and www.brazilianos.gr reserves the right to revise them. 

Prices shown on the website are stated in euros and include applicable taxes, including VAT, but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are borne by the Customer, displayed during the ordering process and added to the price of the selected products before the order is completed. 

www.brazilianos.gr may change product prices at any time, but will apply the prices displayed on the website at the time the Customer's order was submitted, subject to the provisions concerning obvious pricing or platform errors. 

The Customer selects the products to be purchased and follows the online store's automated checkout process. The process is completed by selecting the “COMPLETE PURCHASE” button and receiving the final confirmation message. The Company then contacts the Customer at the email address provided with the order. The source text states that the sales contract is considered concluded from that point. 

Alternatively, the Customer may place a telephone order by calling +30 210 932 3901 and speaking with a representative of the online store. The representative will inform the Customer of the total amount and available payment method and, where the Customer agrees, will enter the order into the system.
